TotalBody is a head-to-toe workout to music. It is an intelligent mix of cardio and resistance training that will transform your body into a calorie-burning machine. Brief aerobic interval sets will keep your heart rate high throughout the class, even during the slower section of the workout. The toning section is comprised of conditioning barre-inspired moves each targeting a particular muscle group, sometimes with the aid of weights or resistance bands. All this to the backdrop of the latest, smile-driving tunes.
