    Lucy is an accredited Psychological Life Coach and previously worked in the NHS in psychology services. She is a dedicated coach, who establishes warm, collaborative relationships with her clients. Lucy works with people to help them to become masters of their minds by heightening their self awareness and challenging their self-limiting beliefs which stand in the way of their success and living their fullest lives.

    Dr. Safia Debar

    Dr. Safia Debar has a Medical and Neuroscience degree from the St George's University of London. She completed her General Practice vocational training in 2007 and has worked at numerous London hospitals in various medical specialties.

    Dr. Safia Debar is a private GP with an interest in neuroplasticity and is the only doctor in the UK who runs the Harvard Stress Management and Resiliency Training (SMART) course.

    She set up RQ wellness as the traditional medical model of care wasn't enough, and she wanted to adopt an integrative holistic approach to health. She runs courses in stress management, the neuroscience of parenting, as well as 1:1 coaching for individuals, businesses, and professional groups.
